21 live tracks from ’78 to ’85, sound quality is very good to excellent, and most of the live versions sound a lot rougher than the studio versions. The remaining four tracks are the great demo that got them the A&M contract, a lot more in the LA punk vein than their regular releases, snotty and rough. Good. [8]

Langsam öffnet das ursprünglich Nur-Tape-Label ROIR die Schleusen und veröffentlicht einige Titel seines hervorragenden Programms auch auf CD, was z.B. in diesem Fall auch allerhöchste Zeit war. 25 unveröffentlichte Dickies-Tracks, in der Hauptsache Livetracks in sehr guter Soundqualität und erheblich härter und punkiger als die manchmal etwas zu glatten Studioaufnahmen. Dazu noch das Demo, das zum Plattenvertrag mit A&M records führte, noch sehr rauh und schnoddrig… toll! Für Dickies-Fans unverzichtbar, aber auch für Normalsterbliche sehr +unterhaltsam und lohnenswert, bei einer Spieldauer von fast 60 Minuten auch sehr ökonomisch.
