Their debut EP; this does not have the strong Hüsker Dü influence of their other releases; this is fast rough DC hardcore with some emocore elements (acoustic guitars, calmer parts) and just a slight Minnesota touch. [7]

Die Hated klingen hier noch nicht so sehr nach Hüsker Dü wie auf späteren Platten; die Musik ist hier noch rauher und schneller und geht viel mehr in Richtung DC-Core. Viele schöne Melodien, lyrische Momente und natürlich viel verzerrte und akustische Gitarre. Nett.
