Pretty far away from punk already, this is rather “underground wave rock” with punk melodies and rock production. I still like this a lot better than the first LP; the songs are smart and diverse, and there are some hits, too. A good wave punk LP. [8]  

Schon recht weit vom Punk Rock entfernt, nur gelegentliche här­tere Passagen in der Gitarre erinnern noch daran. Ansonsten könnte man den Sound vielleicht am besten mit Underground Wave Rock umschreiben… die Grundmelodien sind oft noch pun­kig, aber Produktion und Instrumentierung sind eingängiger und glatter; hin und wieder kommt auch der mexikanische Hintergrund der Band zum Tragen. Ansonsten sind die Songs sehr ungewöhn­lich, abwechslungsreich und intelligent, es gibt auch einige Hits, die man nicht so schnell vergißt. Eine tolle Wave-Punk-Platte.
