From New York, rock à la Mott the Hoople with few punk songs. Some of them are OK, yet the only real good song is Nuclear Waste. (AT) I don’t even like that one song. Decent, but uninteresting rock/glam with slight traces of punk. The production is crisp and powerful. If only the music was better. (bj) [5]
Glam/Rock aus New York à la Mott the Hoople mit nur minimalem Punk-Einfluss; der einzig brauchbare Track ist Nuclear Waste. (AT)
Tracks: rats / who’s been sleeping here? / here comes trouble / she’s dead / phone booth man (p.b.m.) / (your love is like) nuclear waste // my guitar lies bleeding in my arms / love and trouble / head over heels / slash / fun city / all for the love of rock & roll
