RI (CD5): D: lost & found. lf 062 / 8 tracks / 1993 (bootleg)
#1 - First press with black oversized sleeve, + two lyric/photo sheets. #2 - (Rarer) second pressing with regularly sized sleeve with a white edge around the front cover. Same inserts. #3 - Big City reissue (12” only) has a new sleeve (green/black). #4 - 1993 CD reissue (re-titled “Mob Style”) was part of the L&F “club” reissue series. #5 - 7” bootleg issued around 1999 or 2000; printed foldover sleeve with lyrics inside; xeroxed message from the bootlegger glued to the back of the sleeve; scratched out matrix numbers.
One of the best early NYHC 7”s; great powerful hardcore, fast, furious and very noisy, with aggression and passion literally jumping out of the speakers. Still this has a certain complexity that makes it highly memorable (like the early Mob 7”s), so it’s definitely not just lawnmower noise. A true classic of American hardcore. [9]
