+ lyric sheet. #1 - Pre-release copies released in 1980, two tracks of the standard LP are missing, and the mix is more “dry” than on the final release. Plain white, rubber stamped covers. #2 - First regular pressing, narrow LP title spacing on label. #3 - Second pressing with slightly altered label design; “Illusions Of Grandeur” now runs over complete width of label. #4 - Get Back reissue with the original mix of the pre-release; red tinted sleeve.

Noisy West Coast punk on the edge to early hardcore. Sounds like a simpler and noisier version of the Avengers, but the (female) singer isn’t as good as Penelope, and they sometimes have an interesting, slightly angular/experimental edge. OK. [6]  

Etwas krachiger West-Coast-Punk, manchmal schon an der Grenze zum einfachen HC. Die Sängerin liegt oft etwas daneben, ansonsten aber eine ganz gute Platte; hin und wieder wird auch ein bißchen experimentiert, was die Band etwas von den vielen anderen Bands dieser Phase abhebt. Ordentlicher Punk-Rock, der zeitweise an eine etwas krachigere / einfachere Variante der Avengers erinnert.
