Four songs centered around the Shangri-La theme… their beautiful own track from the album, a great Kinks version, and an OK ELO cover. Out in the Streets is a song by the Shangri-Las… there’s the connection; but the song is the weakest one of the CD. Two great songs. [7]

Viermal besingen Versus das sagenhafte Shangri-La. Der Titelsong ist einer der besten Versus-Songs überhaupt, fängt wunderbar leise an und wird dann noch etwas krachiger und melodisch. Dann noch drei Coverversionen, eine sehr schöne von den Kinks und eine passable von ELO. Der dritte Song ist von den Shangri-Las; ganz OK, aber der schwächste Song der CD. Nett, aber der beste Song ist schon auf dem Album.
