In the old times, this was filed under New Wave… but now we have the “Synth Punk” category and I can include it in Flex. Nice. You probably know Sleep from the Jellybeans compilation; a calmer and at the same time ballsier version of early Human League. Modern Things is a melodic track with a fast beat - if the synths were guitars and drums it would be Power Pop. Oh, and their LP is good, too. [7]

Sleep kennt man als letzten Song des Jellybeans-Samplers; Synthipop à la frühe Human League, aber etwas schräger. Modern Things ist schneller und melodischer - wenn die Synthis Gitarren und Drums wären, könnte das als Powerpop durchgehen. Die LP ist übrigens auch brauchbar.
