This is basically an extended version of the What Is It sampler; includes the Germs - Forming 7”, Dils - I hate the rich 7”, What - comp. 7”, Controllers - Neutron Bomb 7”, Kaos - product of a sick mind 12” plus bonus tracks (2 of the 3 What Is It LP bonus tracks, and 5 unreleased tracks by Dils, Eyes, Pandoras, Untold Fables - the latter two are rather in a surf/60s style). Great if you don’t have the originals. [8]

Und noch mal eine What-Compilation, eine Art aufgebohrte Version des What Is It-Samplers. Diesmal geht es etwas kompletter zu, die relevanten frühen What-Singles sind vertreten, alles rauher, einfacher L.A.-77er-Sound. Dazu noch zwei unveröffentlichte Punk-Songs von den Eyes und Dils und 3 eher Surf/60s-betonte Bonustracks von Pandoras und Untold Fables. Wer die Singles nicht hat und diese Art Musik mag, sollte unbedingt zugreifen.
