800 made of the original LP, unknown number of the bootleg LP. + lyric sheet. The 1998 CD has all the LP tracks except for „Somethings gotta change“ plus 4 bonus tracks: I won’t die for you, How can we live like this, Questions, and Somebody got their head kicked in.This is the first version of Youth Brigade's debut LP; after a few hundred copies had been sold the band changed their mind, stopped the distribution and re-recorded it completely. This version is rougher and “dirtier” than the re-done version which at times is almost too slick and poppy. Most songs here have a strong Oi/streetpunk edge, unfortunately some of the lyrics propagate violence in a rather dumb way - probably the reason this version has never been rereleased officially. Die legendäre erste Version der Youth Brigade-LP, die nach einigen hundert verkauften Exemplaren runderneuert wurde und dann unter dem gleichen Titel nochmal rauskam (siehe unten). Es fällt mir nicht ganz leicht, mich für eine Version zu entscheiden, diese ist rauher und “dreckiger” als die sehr poppige und fast schon zu glatte zweite Fassung. Viele Songs haben hier noch einen deutlicheren Oi/Street-Touch, leider zeigen einige Texte auch eine etwas tumbe Gewaltbereitschaft - wahrscheinlich war das der Grund, dass diese Songs nicht mehr offiziell veröffentlicht wurden.
